Farmers now have the ability to open more than one Special Delivery Box at the same time, see the results of what they get, and have them inserted all back into the Gift Box. No more massive amounts of clicking to see what’s inside!



We’ll walk you through an example so you can see how it works. In your Gift Box you have forty-seven Special Delivery Boxes (or SDBs):

If you click on Use, you’ll see a new window open up asking me how many SDBs you want to use (ie. open) at once. The default is all of them; however, let’s just say you want to open just forty. Clicking on the up and down arrows will adjust how many you want to use:


Now all you need to do is click on “Use” to open up all those SDBs. Note that you can click on “Cancel” to stop this process before you get started opening (once you click on “Use” there’s no going back).
Okay so now click on “Use” and you can see that FarmVille is diligently working on opening these 40 SDBs:



As a word of warning, please wait until you see this message close before doing anything else (like refresh your browser or something). Opening up SDBs can take a little bit of time, so you may have to wait a few moments (especially if you’re opening a lot of SDBs).
When FarmVille is finished opening up all the SDBs the next window pops up showing what you got:



If there are more than six items you’ll need to use the arrows on the right (or left) to scroll through everything. Click on “Okay” and you’ll be sent to the Gift Box where all of your newly opened goodies will be waiting for you.

A note on usage: the game evaluates your item needs when you start the opening process only, not during the process. So you may only get items for one particular building, or enough Watering Cans for just one seedling (although you may have multiple seedlings on the farm), with the rest being various things (like collection pieces, cans of fuel, etc.). This can result in some extreme cases depending on what you have available on your Farm at the point when you open your SDBs.

For now, the best way to assure that you get what you need at that appropriate time is to open up an appropriate amount of SDBs each time. So, for instance, if you open up more than fifty at one time you may not get everything that you really want (or need).
