When you purchase a Vehicle, a fuel tank icon will appear at the bottom of the screen, just above the Friend Ladder. There is only 1 fuel tank that is shared by all vehicles. This means that if you have a tractor, harvester, and seeder, your vehicles will still share 1 fuel tank.
The fuel tank holds 150 units of fuel. Each unit can be applied to 1 plot of land. This means you can plow 150 plots of land with 1 fuel tank. If you run out of fuel, you can either wait for your fuel tank to refill or you can purchase fuel refills from the Market under the Vehicles Tab. Fuel refills are available for purchase only with Farm Cash. Keep in mind that unlike the original fuel tank that came with your tractor, the fuel refills that you purchase do not refill once used.
If you choose to wait for your fuel to refill, you can hover your mouse over the fuel tank icon to watch its progress. There is a countdown timer for each unit of fuel that is refilled. It takes up to 6 hours for the tank to completely refill from empty.
